Retirement Notice
We wish to inform you that Dr. Sydney will be retiring on the 31st March 2012. Please note that patients are no longer registered with individual doctors but are registered with St. Mary's Medical Practice.  There is therefore no need to change anything due to Dr. Sydney retiring.  Patients will be able to consult with whichever GP they prefer subject to their availability.
